Joining the Rical Group back in March it was evident that I was joining a company that has set itself apart from others with its technical understanding and expertise around metal processes such as fine blanking, deep drawn presswork, die-casting and strip and multi-slide presswork. The many customers that I have met since taking my position at Rical have offered positive feedback regarding our people, our level and timeliness of support and our quality.
One of the opportunities for improvement identified was around our dated website and its accessibility from mobile devices. This is feedback that we have welcomed and endeavoured to improve.
Working with our partners at s2creativedge we have now developed a new website that is hosted on the new ricalgroup.com domain. The new site has been developed as a platform that we can continually develop and operates on 'two clicks to enquiry' allowing visitors to the site to access information, request further information or provide drawings and specifications for enquiry within 'two clicks' of the home page.
The new site is designed to be clean in its appearance and is of a responsive nature that will work equally well on a desktop computer, tablet or smart phone.
As the Rical Group looks forward to growing in the positive economic and manufacturing environments that we find ourselves, we hope that this new site will make us easier to do business with and provide a useful shop window to demonstrate our capabilities.
